Tour Cuervo River Source

Our Tour River Cuervo Source is one of the best trips to know the amazing landscapes and areas of the Mountain Region of Cuenca. We show you the Birth of the River Cuervo, the Uña Lake and the Devils Window.

We will pick you up with our comfortable Eco-Friendly car at your accommodation or the Ave Train Station.

The tour itinerary follows big part of the spectacular Júcar River Gorge towards its source. We first make a stop at the Devils Window, a stunning natural viewpoint over the Júcar River. If you like to make photograph, this is you site!

During the trip towards the Source of the Cuervo River it’s possible to observe the amazing flight of the vultures at the Uña Lake. Depending on the season and the weather conditions, we can spot all types of rock and aquatic birds. Binoculars are available for spotting birds in their natural habitat.

At the Spring of the Cuervo River the singing of blackbirds, finches, blue tit, great tit, etc. will delight us during the guided walking tour of about an hour into the heart of nature. A circular itinerary will lead us first to the spectacular tuffaceous waterfall, where the water searches its way through the green moss, willow and hazel trees to rush into the unknown.  Following the path upwards we reach the Source of the Cuervo River.
